Biography
Malegiannaki Amaryllis-Chryssi is now an Adjunct Lecturer at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has completed her postdoctoral studies in the field of Neuropsychological Assessment. She has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Cognitive and Developmental Psychology, Neuropsychology and Special Education at several universities in Greece and Cyprus (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Ioannina, University of Nicosia, University of Thessaly, University of Western Macedonia, School of Pedagogical and Technological Education). She held the position of chief psychologist at the Rehabilitation Unit of the Psychiatric Clinic of Veroia, Greece, and supervised postgraduate students’ training in psychological assessment. She has authored several scientific articles and books in the field of neuropsychology and cognitive development. Her current research interests include, and neuropsychological research with genetic syndromes and ADHD, and the development of computerized neuropsychological assessment tools. She has been a reviewer and a member of the editorial board in various scientific psychology and medical journals. Her research has been awarded by the Research Committee of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
