Migraine

Migraine headache is a result of specific changes within the brain. It causes severe head pain that is often accompanied by sensitivity to light, sound, or smells. It causes severe throbbing pain in just one side of the head and it is accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Blind spots or tingling on one side of the face or in your arm or leg are some of the symptoms. Anxiety, Stress, Lack of food or sleep, Exposure to light, Hormonal changes all these things may trigger migraine.
